Habits for a productive day.

         Today we are living in the realm of the online world which brings anxiety and depression. Due to anxiety and depression, people are committing suicide. The need of the hour is that we have to make our life productive and successful so we can get rid of this distressing situation. Here are some recommendations to make your day productive. 

1- Wake up at 5am:

                                                       Getting up early in the morning is one of the most effective ways to boost your productivity and overcome your problems. It will improve your mental health by making you more optimistic, pleased and upbeat about your circumstances.

 2- Proffer Fajar Prayer:

                                                                   When you start your day with the name of Allah(SWT) and the Fajar prayer Allah puts Baraka in your time and life, as well as provides guidance and light to the human soul and heart.

 3- Go for a morning walk

                                                      Starting your day with a morning walk will boost your energy, improve your self-esteem and also reduces your anxiety, fatigue and makes you more productive. If we take a walk in the morning it would help starts our day with tranquility and clarity in the mind. Because walking makes our thoughts more organized we often find the solution to a problem while we are moving.

4- Avoid negative thoughts:

                                                                            If you want to improve your day-to-day life, the first thing you have to do is to improve your thoughts. "Your thoughts create your reality so you better have them under control." By controlling your thoughts ultimately you can control your life and destiny.

5- Make your plan for the day

                                                                            I believe one of the best ways to become productive is to make a list of your whole day tasks. Your task list should be an effective one that helps you to stay organized. Your task list can help you set your top priority and makes you more productive.

 6-Read Books:

                                            If you want to make your day more productive you should read books. Books play an important role in life. Reading will strengthen your mind, increase your knowledge, improve your focus, intellect, memory skills and self-esteem and expand your vocabulary. Moreover reading books enhance your vocabulary and imagination.

7-Spend Time with yourself:

                                                                            Spending time alone with oneself is the key to increasing your productivity. It enables you to develop a better understanding of who you are. The more you know about your self the more productive you are. Studies have shown that being surrounded by more people kills your productivity so, by spending time with yourself you become more kinder, relax and your productivity increases. 

   These are the habits to make your day efficient.
